Hedges and Pruning
Hedges are maintained on an as needed basis during each lawn service (usually every 2 weeks). Removal of dead branches. Excess leaves will be cleaned up after trimming.

Get rid of weeds and fertilize your lawn. Best if done right before the growing season.

Leaf Cleanup
Rid your lawn of those leaves in time for the growing season. We rake up all of your leaves, bag them, and haul them to the dump.

Weed Eat Only
Do you like to mow your own yard but hate to trim and edge? If so we have this special offer for people just like you. Let us Trim and Edge for you and clean up hard surfaces of trimmings.

Core Aeration or Dethatching
Stimulates root growth by breaking up compacted ground. Better water and fertilizer penetration for a healthier lawn, recommended yearly in Spring/Early Summer.

Soil Sample Analysis
Routine basic analysis: checks ph level (balance), N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and S. Sent to & performed by University Lab, Allow 2 weeks for results.
Soil sample: $25.00 per time.
Parking Lot Clean-up
Gas Blowers, brooms, rakes, we will use whatever is needed to get your parking lot looking clean. We will work with you to determine when is a good time to do this, to minimize disruption to your business.

Power Washing
Commericial grade equipment to clean drive ways, road ways, etc. We will remove dirt, oils, grease, mud, etc. This will give you the WOW!! effect. Pricing starts at $.15 a square foot for concrete. $.25 a square foot for bricks.
Hourly Labor
Odd jobs.. No problem. For just labor our rate is $30 per hour. If the job requires equipment and man power than our rate starts at $45 per hour.
Irrigation Repair
We will check your irrigation system, everything from pipes, electrical, valves, sprinkler heads, to control center. We can troubleshoot your system for a rate of $45 per hour excluding parts. If you are a current client we do spot checks of your system and do minor repairs free (under $20) if we find a bigger problem we quickly let you know what needs to be done.
